Don Juan Boot Camp - Level 1 of 8

The first exercise is easy. Just go out there, establish eye contact with random people, preferable hot girls, and say "hi" to them. Count the approaches up to 50 and you are finished for this week. Shouldn't be a problem, I write an update once I succeeded.

What secuction is really about...

Do you remember my old posts on this blog? It has been a while since my last update. I just read through my old articles and found something amazing - the difference a single year can make.

I learned about the seduction community a year ago and was fascinated by it. They claimed to have the key to the treasures I was seeking all the time. I was thrilled to find all the methods, pick-up lines and gimmicks. Little did I know...

After several month I started to see the big picture. Seduction is not about using routines and faking an interesting personality. It is about changing yourself into a man - a real man! A confident and trustworthy individual who is able to get what he wants. A man who is not afraid of being a sexual being.

Once I understood what being a PUA is all about I changed my life dramatically. I made many mistakes in the progress. Some changes were harder than others, but nothing impossible. Don't get me wrong, I am far from being finished. I have still a lot of work ahead of me. But I finally get it, so to speak. I am on the right track and my life changed for good, not only with women. I became more successful in my job and met a lot of interesting people.

I am not satisfied yet, I want to go to the next level. And this means killing my last sticking point, approach anxiety. "What?", you might ask yourself. Isn't this the first thing you must be able to handle. My answer to this is a clear no. I had incredible results with girls in my social circle, with online dating and with girls approaching me in clubs because of my improved body language. Still I am not able to initiate the first contact.

To get rid of this last major problem, I will restart at the beginning. I will perform the Don Juan Boot Camp for the next 8 weeks. It is meant for newbies but it contains exactly what I need to improve. I will update my blog with my results every week so you can get a glimpse on what this Boot Camp is all about. It should also motivate me following the program and not getting lazy. Enough typing, lets get out there in the real world!

The Venusian Arts Handbook

I bought the book from Mystery called "The Venusian Arts Handbook" and read through it in only two days, that is a personal record for me :). This book is really fascination. It describes his M3 model for seduction in great detail and motivates the reader to try it in real life. I will do this for sure.

During the next month I will perform the following tasks:

- Collect as much information material on this topic as possible
- Create an avatar for myself
- Get some peacocking items
- Create a grounding sequence
- Create canned material and write it down in my mother tongue, since english is only my second language.
- Read more material about NLP and create some test patterns
- Create a view seduction plans (select locations, visit them and get used to be there)
- Make my appartment a seduction location (keep it clean and tidy, create a comfortable place to watch DVDs, ...)
- And finally try out this material with friends (male and female)

Street experiences

I have no seduction strategy yet, so I am still at the early stage of getting used to feel comfortable with girls. I am really into this DHV thing, since my high self-esteem allows me to play the perfect alpha male, standing above all other. I also have no problem to DHV in a conversation with a girl, so this will be easy.

My first experiences on the street were as good as on the skating ring, maybe even better. I earned a few sexy smiles from girls I wouldn't have even considered as reachable before I found the seduction websites. The best experience was a girl in the subway, who kissed her boyfriend goodbye, after having some very passive kino with him. After he left we flirted a while before I had to get out of the subway. She was really sexy, I would rate her HB8.5 at least. I am quite sure, that I would have been able to get a #c if I would have tried. And this girl has a boyfriend you must know, these circumstances alone would have made her unreachable for me in the old days.

I am really looking forward to my first seduction experiences, the first days are promissing.

Going Inline Skating

On my first day I tried to get used to women again after my 2 year break. I went to my favourite inline skating location and exercised for about an hour. I took a close look all the ladies passing by and tried to hold eye contact with them. This was not as hard as expected, since I am the most attractive man there, there is no reason to be ashamed or anything. They want me to look at them!

After about half an hour something interesting happened. My view of the world changed sooner than expected. The "to hell with those girls" feeling changed into something like "which of you should I pick for tonight" feeling. And I tell you, this feeling is great! I don't know any of the seduction theories yet, but this early change in my mindset was enough for me to decide to study these things right away. So my first goal is to read and understand the basics described in the Fast Seduction Guide. Once I am done, I will prepare some seduction scenarios to practise with. I will also buy the DVD Set of the seduction Guru "Mystery" to get me started. Hopefully this money is invested well.

Introduction

Dear Reader!

I create this blog to use it as a diary. The goal is to portray my way from an AFC to an PUA. When I find the time, I will write an article about my history, so that you can understand, how I became the way I am right now.

But lets start right away at this very moment. I am male and 25 years all. My attitude towards women was quite negative for the last 2 years. I decided that I will stay single forever and live without girls. The problem is, that I am quite picky, and have high standards when it comes to women. Since I am not a superstar or exceptional beautiful, it is very unlikely to find a girl that feels attracted to me, while meeting these high standards. But this will change...

I stumbled about a website today, called "Progressive Seduction". It describes methods to seduce women and links to many related sites. After reading for a while, I decided to try it for myself. I like to learn new skills, and the skill PUA (Pick-up Artist) is missing in my skilllist. So here I am, trying to get strong in the art of seduction.

Why do I think this will work? Well, the answer is easy. I am very intelligent and also able to shift my state of mind more flexible than most people can. I can create a new view of the world in which I live in, and make this view my reality within a few days. This is an exceptional power that will assist me on my way. I cannot teach you how to do it. It might be a gift of nature that came along with my flexible mind. Or maybe everyone is able to do this, but only people with high intelligence are able to use it on purpose. I don't know, and fortunately it doesn't matter.

This skill will allow me to create a world, in which I am the most interesting and attractive man that exists. Did you ever daydream about such a world, where you can have every girl you want? Imagine this world could come true! It will come true for me, since I will plant this picture in my head and live in this world.
